We are seeking an EXPERIENCED SERVICE ADVISOR to guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on options and costs, and much more! Auto Service Advisor or Dealership experience is required. General Motors and CDK experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on options and costs, offer additional services and 'specials', schedule service, and more
• Greet customers and answer questions
• Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Keep customers informed of changes
• Review completed work order with customer to ensure concerns were addressed
• Provide a completely satisfying customer experience

Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

• Required: Automotive Service Advisor or Dealership experience 
• General Motors and CDK experience is preferred but not required
• Good customer service, computer and communications skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment screening
