Our client is seeking an Estimator to join their team. As an Estimator, you will be part of the project management team supporting business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Estimator

Location: Mcsherrystown, PA
(Hybrid/Remote)

Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience

What's the Job?

• Analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.
• Ensure timely and precise bid submissions to support project profitability.
• Maintain cost libraries and coordinate subcontracted work pricing.
• Collaborate with the sales team as part of the business development effort.
• Utilize estimating software and tools to enhance project accuracy.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in estimating healthcare millwork or commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural millwork and solid surface materials.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as People Logic Takeoff, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with healthcare-specific regulations.
