CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

- Maintain the Corporate Aircraft Fleet 

  • Ensure the highest level of safety within F.A.A. and manufacturer standards and requirements.
  • Perform all required, scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance on the corporate jet aircraft.
  • Follow the Aircraft Inspection Program
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections and servicing.
  • Perform tests, adjustments, repairs, inspections, and other tasks related to the maintenance and repair of complex airframe systems, avionics, and turbine engines.

- Provide Ground Support

  • Manage departing and arriving aircraft.
  • Assist with passenger backs.
  • Assist with passenger vehicles.
  • Assist Line Service with towing, fueling, and cleaning airplanes..

- Maximize the availability for passenger use and work to control costs, without compromising safety.

- Maintain consumables inventory and ensure cleanliness of shop and office areas.

- Travel as needed for international trips and maintenance related training.

- Maintain current and ongoing knowledge of changes Technical Publications and Federal Regulations.

- Responsible for assisting maintain a budget on assigned aircraft.

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. 
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant License (A&P)

Preferred:

  • College coursework completed or Associates Degree.
  • Avionics/Electrical course or training. 

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • Completion of A&P license 
  • 1-3 Years of experience on aircraft. 

Preferred:

  • Any kind of aviation background.

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • Basic technical and mechanical knowledge.
  • Must own tools capable of competing line aircraft maintenance.
  • Ability to read and follow tasks from maintenance manuals, drawings, and blueprints.
  • Team Player.
  • Safety minded. 

Preferred:

  • Ability to read electrical prints.
  • Ability to troubleshoot systematically.
