As a Dealership Valet Manager at DealerFLEX, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to creating a seamless customer experience.

You’ll manage day-to-day valet operations, ensure top-tier service, and maintain an organized, professional dealership environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced outdoor setting and leads by example.

Starting pay from $45,000 to $50,000 yearly

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee valet staff and ensure timely, professional vehicle service
• Maintain dealership lot appearance and flow
• Welcome and assist customers with a high level of service
• Support and implement company policies and service standards
• Train and manage team members for optimal performance

Requirements

• At least 5 years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license
• Management experience in a similar or related field
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Available Monday–Friday, 7AM–4PM, with flexibility for shift coverage

Nice to Have

• Experience managing employee timeclocks
• Familiarity with scheduling and workforce management
• Experience conducting interviews
