What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with inquiries, scheduling, and service requests
- Perform data entry and reporting using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Maintain a positive, customer-first mindset while problem-solving on the spot
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and team members
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Familiarity with Service Titan software
- Understanding of HVAC and plumbing terminology
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
