The Basics:

We need someone with a Bachelor’s in Business, at least 3 years in lending compliance, and a deep knowledge of banking and retail services. You’ll need to be fluent in a slew of regs like Flood Insurance, Truth-in-Lending, BSA, and Fair Lending laws. Bonus points if you’ve got at least 3 years of supervisory experience—we want leaders, not followers!

🔥 Build and implement compliance policies that are airtight.

🔥 Provide expert guidance to lending units and review departmental procedures.
