The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.

As a Building Controls Specialist, you will coordinate vendor and project workflow for Property Management department Building Controls initiatives. You will provide technical expertise, support, and troubleshooting for escalated energy management and building controls issues in TJX U.S stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ongoing workflow and processes to support daily operations of building controls repair vendors.
• Troubleshoot escalated controls equipment failures and instruct technicians on accurate diagnostic procedures and part replacement.
• Resolve appropriate response and initiate corrective actions through EMS programming and/or coordinating service with various vendors and departments.
• Review and approve proposals for accuracy and operate within appropriate timelines.
• Provide occasional after-hours support for emergencies or high-priority situations.
• Regularly connect with store operations and field management regarding comfort or timing problems.
• Use CMMS for supervising ongoing issues, updating, and closing out work orders.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years similar experience with proven technical proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of communication wiring, energy management control technologies, and HVAC.
• Ability to work with technicians remotely to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Prior experience leading others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, remove obstacles, and maintain focus in complicated situations to deliver results.
• Prioritizing tasks and delivering results while handling multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work individually or collaboratively as a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving and analytical ability.

This position has a starting salary range of $66,500 to $83,100 per year.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
