Classic Toyota Henderson is looking for a driven and experienced Service Manager to lead our state-of-the-art Service Center. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities - Service Manager:
- Manage daily operations of the service department
- Supervise and coach service advisors and technicians
- Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and handle escalated concerns
- Monitor department performance (sales, gross profit, productivity, CSI scores)
- Work closely with Parts and Sales departments to meet internal service needs
- Enforce safety and compliance standards
- Implement continuous improvements and hit performance goals
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Deep understanding of service department operations and KPIs
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and dealership software (CDK, Reynolds, etc.)
