A well-established dealership in the Queens, NY area is looking for an Automotive Service Manager who knows how to keep both customers and technicians happy. Previous Service Manager experience in a dealership setting is required.

Responsibilities - Service Manager:

• Lead and develop a high-performing service team, from advisors to technicians
• Streamline processes to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
• Work closely with the parts and sales departments to ensure seamless operations
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities
• Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards

Qualifications/Requirement - Service Manager:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager in a dealership setting required
• Light and/or Heavy Duty Truck experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, motivation, and accountability
• A deep understanding of service operations, repair procedures, and customer service best practices
• Manufacturer certification or ASE credentials (preferred but not required)

• Valid driver's license with good driving record

• Applicants must pass pre-employment screening
