Responsibilities – Service Advisor:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and inspect their vehicles.
- Schedule service, maintenance, and recall appointments efficiently.
- Clearly explain recommended services, repairs, and associated costs to customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the service process.
- Monitor the progress of vehicles in the service department and provide timely updates to customers.
- Ensure all customer concerns are documented and addressed during the service process.
- Review completed repair orders with customers and answer any final questions.
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience from drop-off
to pick-up.
Qualifications/Requirements – Service Advisor:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred — but we will train the right candidate!
- Prior automotive dealership experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanical systems is helpful.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude required.
