Responsibilities - Service Advisor: 

• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied and more.
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
• Maintain high CSI (customer satisfaction index) score

Qualifications - Service Advisor:

• Required: Automotive Dealership Service Advisor experience 
• Automotive operational knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Energetic, pleasant and conscientious with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficient on relevant platforms
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
