Responsibilities - Auto Quick Lane Service Advisor: 

• Advise quick service lane customers on options and costs for basic maintenance such as oil and battery changes, tire rotations, wiper replacement, and more. 
• Greet customers, answer questions, offer 'specials', follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion of work, review completed work order with customer, and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain high CSI score

Requirements - Auto Quick Lane Service Advisor: 

• Good customer service, computer, sales, and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's license and insurance
