We want candidates who can handle and enjoy working in a very fast-paced, high-volume environment and who have a strong passion for the hospitality industry! Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

Train, develop, and motivate their team
Control costs and achieve financial results
Set a high standard for health codes and inspections
Ensure the quality of food, recipes, and procedures

Assistant Kitchen Manager Requirements:

2+ years in the kitchen with a full-service concept
High sales volume experience of $4+ million
Steady tenure
