Our client, an international manufacturer, is seeking Assemblers to join their team in Virginia Beach, VA. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production team assembling parts together of different products. The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Pay Range: Starting Pay at $18.28/hr. for 3rd Shift
After 2-week probationary period, the pay rate increases to $19.35/hr. and increases to $20.43/hr. after 90 days working

Additional Pay Incentives: all associates are eligible for a $0.25 cent raise each quarter for the first year of employment. After 1 year, all associates are eligible for a $1.00 raise each year.

We also have an attendance bonus through June 30th! Up to $200 bonus

Shift: 3rd Shift - 11:00pm - 6:00am Monday - Thursday; 7:30pm - 6:00am Sunday

What’s the Job?

• Operates one or more basic production machines used in the assembly, fabrication, or other process to produce and further process subassemblies of various types
• Assembles and packages products on an assembly line or at a bench
• Performs routine and repetitive assembly motions
• Conducts more complex production tasks such as operating multiple machines
• May assist in other areas of the plant

What’s Needed?

• Previous work tenure and great work ethic!
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
• Reliable Transportation
