Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician/Calibrator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician/Calibrator, you will be part of the production team supporting various operations. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler/Calibrator - 3rd Shift

Location: Carroll, IA

Hours: 10PM-6AM

Pay Range: $20.50/HR 

What's the Job?

• Learn how to set up and operate test stands to check nozzles, spray bars, and valves for spray quality, angle, and flow according to specifications.
• Gain experience in operating laser markers and printers according to procedures and specifications.
• Prepare and assemble components to develop final or sub-assemblies
• Learn how to record spray parameters by serial number and certify product conformance through tests.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn how to operate a computer for accessing prints and work instructions.
• Manual dexterity to perform tasks associated with assembly and calibration.
