Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual goals and budgets for Services and Parts departments.
• Collaborate with corporate and regional teams to design and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Lead the execution of marketing plans, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
• Identify opportunities to grow service and parts sales, and implement actionable plans.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, and professional development of team members.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and community reputation aligned with core values.
• Monitor performance metrics and leverage data for strategic improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Service and/or Parts department operations, with an emphasis on Service.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on accountability.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Understanding of financial principles and the ability to interpret performance reports.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including Saturdays.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
