Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual goals and budgets for Services and Parts departments.
- Collaborate with corporate and regional teams to design and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Lead the execution of marketing plans, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Identify opportunities to grow service and parts sales, and implement actionable plans.
- Oversee recruitment, staffing, and professional development of team members.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and community reputation aligned with core values.
- Monitor performance metrics and leverage data for strategic improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Service and/or Parts department operations, with an emphasis on Service.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on accountability.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Understanding of financial principles and the ability to interpret performance reports.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including Saturdays.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
