Our manufacturing client, a leader in the electronics industry, is seeking a 2nd shift Repair Technician/Electrical Assembler to join their team in Melbourne. As a Repair Technician/Electrical Assembler, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring that high-quality electronic systems are assembled and repaired. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Repair Technician/Electrical Assembler

Location: Melbourne, FL

Pay Range: $18.92hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 4:00PM-12:30AM

What's the Job?

  • Assemble electrical or electronic systems, subassemblies, and components using various hand tools and techniques.
  • Test assembled systems to ensure proper functionality and identify any defects.
  • Operate and maintain hand tools and specialized equipment used in electrical assembly.
  • Ensure that assembled products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring that systems are functioning correctly.

What's Needed?

  • A minimum of 2 years of electrical repair and/or electrical assembly experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift.
  • Experience with hand tools and techniques used in electrical assembly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Client requires 7 year criminal background.
  • Client requires paneled drug screen.
