Required skills: - Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Proven experience in operating machinery in a manufacturing or agricultural setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours, including weekends as needed.
