We're on the lookout for a skilled Digital Account Manager to help take our client relationships to the next level!

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing our digital accounts, providing top-notch service and ensuring client satisfaction. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them leverage our digital marketing solutions effectively.

We're offering a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 based on your experience, along with attractive bonuses and growth opportunities!

Your responsibilities will include:

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals
Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling of IT services and solutions
Project Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT projects and services
Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to present to clients and senior management
Problem Solving: Address client issues and concerns promptly, providing solutions and recommendations to enhance service delivery
Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company policies
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements

Experience working in the IT Consulting & Service Industry is required
4+ years of experience in a technical account management or service solutions role
Bachelor's Degree
Experience working with clients in the financial services arena
