Requirements

3 or more years of residential HVAC installation experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Flexible in work schedule to accommodate project needs.
Valid, clean driver’s license to commute to various job sites.
Able to multi-task effectively while managing installation tasks.
Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients professionally.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
Own hand and power tools necessary for installation tasks.
Knowledge of safety rules and requirements in HVAC work.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

Additional certifications in HVAC installation or related fields.
Experience with energy-efficient HVAC systems and technologies.
Familiarity with HVAC troubleshooting and repair processes.
Leadership experience in managing a team of installers.
Previous work with residential energy audits or efficiency programs.
