Overview

Recruitcha is hiring Creative Writers (Gaming) to help build the future of interactive, emotionally rich digital worlds. In this role, you’ll work directly on training AI models that power realistic characters, dynamic dialogue, and immersive storytelling experiences.

This is hands-on, creative AI work where your writing, analytical thinking, and understanding of human communication directly influence how AI characters think, speak, and behave in real time.

What You’ll Do

Annotate and evaluate dialogue, quests, and character interactions
Shape character personalities, storylines, and world-building elements
Analyze tone, humor, emotion, pacing, and narrative intent
Work inside proprietary AI evaluation and annotation platforms
Collaborate remotely with AI research and product teams
Influence how real users experience AI-driven characters

Who You Are

Native or fluent English speaker
Strong reader and writer with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable learning new tools and structured systems quickly
Able to follow detailed guidelines consistently
Clear, professional communicator
Bonus: Natural understanding of sarcasm, subtext, and nuanced or dark humor

Preferred Backgrounds (Not required)

Creative writing, storytelling, copywriting, or content creation
English, communications, journalism, or media studies
Psychology, philosophy, or behavioral sciences
Game design, game development, or narrative design
STEM backgrounds with strong analytical thinking
Prior AI training or data annotation experience (a plus, not required)
