About the Role

As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will lead installation, maintenance, and repair services in residential environments, ensuring the highest quality standards. You will work on-site, directly with customers, helping them stay comfortable year-round while upholding the company’s commitment to excellence and safety.

📍 Myrtle Beach, SC | 💰 $90,000–$110,000/year | 🗓️ Full-Time

What You’ll Do

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to company and manufacturer standards
Diagnose problems quickly and accurately, recommending cost-effective solutions
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate documentation of services performed
Follow all safety and environmental guidelines, including EPA regulations
Travel locally to client sites with provided or personal transportation
Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to maintain efficient scheduling and service

Requirements

2+ years of HVAC installation or maintenance experience
Valid EPA License
Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
Willingness to complete a background check
