What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, etc.)
Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with efficiency and accuracy
Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommended solutions
Keep detailed service records and ensure timely job completion
Travel to job sites using a company vehicle (valid license required)

Requirements

Must-Haves:
- At least 3 or more years of refrigeration experience
- Basic refrigeration and hand tools
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Good communication and customer service skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with restaurant-specific refrigeration systems
- Familiarity with hot-side equipment
- Willingness to take on rotating on-call shifts
