Requirements

Valid CDL License: You must possess a current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and have relevant driving experience.
Safe Driving Record: A history of safe driving with no major violations.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
Dependability: Must be punctual and reliable, demonstrating a strong work ethic.

Nice to Have

Previous Experience: Familiarity with refrigerated transportation or previous experience as a truck driver.
