Nunn Construction

Nunn Construction is a general contractor, and construction manager that specializes in building educational, healthcare, municipal, non-profit/faith-based, and commercial facilities. Headquartered in Colorado Springs since 1983, Nunn is a customer focused company offering comprehensive knowledge of the Colorado marketplace. We have the expertise to build complex projects; focusing our team and resources on select building projects, delivered in a collaborative environment. This makes us unique in that we allocate more corporate resources to our projects, giving our managers the time and support to provide superior, client-focused service. The result is higher quality buildings, tight cost controls, and meeting all schedule requirements. Our goal is to be the contractor that outperforms all others, while making a positive community impact.

A Team of “Doers”

At Nunn, we are a mix of experience and strategy, history and a vision for the future.

We invest in our people because it creates a working environment where we get things done – and we get them done well. We are driven by integrity, hard work and trust to maintain our legacy of quality building projects that serve our community.

More than a Paycheck

Working at Nunn is about more than collecting a paycheck. While we provide our employees with comprehensive medical, dental, 401(k) matching, and paid time off, we go beyond that. Taking care of our employees and creating a family-friendly work environment is something we value highly at Nunn.

We know life isn’t all about work. Many of our employees have rooted themselves here, investing in enjoying everything that Colorado Springs has to offer–and if you’re an outdoor adventure enthusiast, you’ll feel right at home.

We team together in service opportunities throughout the year, and also fully support our staff’s personal investment in our community whether through volunteer work, serving on a non-profit board, or taking time to teach and train the next generation of community-minded designers and builders.
