Mark Young Construction, Inc. (MYC) was incorporated in 1989 in Fort Collins, Colorado as a Construction Manager and General Contracting firm, with experience in a wide range of commercial projects. MYC started with just 3 employees who worked to establish a name for the company by pursuing projects that fit its capabilities. MYC prides itself on creating an incredible working environment. Our average employee has been with us for 7 years, and some employees have been with MYC for over 25 years due to the career growth and opportunities we offer.

What roles does MYC hire for?

Mark Young Construction hires for a variety of roles related to the commercial construction process. Most commonly, MYC is hiring for both apprentices and skilled tradesmen and women in the HVAC, Plumbing, Concrete/Cement Masonry, Carpentry, and Refrigeration Tech fields.

What should I know about MYC before applying?

Because MYC takes on projects across a wide geographic area of the US, travel is often required and is a normal part of life at MYC. This means that you will get amazing exposure to a ton of different projects, states, and facilities; but it does also mean that you'll need to be comfortable with being away from home when working on some projects.

Mark Young Construction also works in a variety of commercial projects, which also entails some overnight work. When you do work out of state or overnight, you can expect to earn night, travel, and food per diems as extra compensation!

MYC has a massive portfolio of projects across a range of different industries. These include the design and construction of:
