What is LPR Construction?

LPR was founded by three entrepreneurs in 1979, primarily as a local steel erector in the Rocky Mountain area. With the goal to provide a quality product and service to our customers at a competitive price, LPR established itself as a premier steel erector throughout the United States. Since 2005, LPR has expanded their offerings to include Industrial Construction Services and Plant Services to meet their customers’ growing needs nationwide.

$17-$20 hourly starting wage (depending on any previous experience)
If you travel while working for us, you'll get an amazing per diem ($450 additional per week!)

What would I be doing?

LPR Construction, at its core, is a Steel Erector. This means the majority of roles we hire for are related to this process, and include:

Ironworkers
Welders
Crane and Heavy Machine Operators

How do Apprenticeships at LPR work?

A construction site can be a busy and dangerous place. You may start your career at LPR as what we call a ‘Helper’, which means you will be working under the direct supervision of a skilled, trained Journeyman. After 6 months, you'll start a formal apprenticeship and begin learning to become. master of the trade!
