Haynes Mechanical: Fast Facts

• Apprentices earn between $18 and $32 per hour (your pay will increase as you gain more experience)

Haynes University

At Haynes Mechanical Systems, we know that our success and growth depends on the talent and continued development of our associates.. Haynes University is a fully accredited apprenticeship program offered free of charge to all students. We have opportunities for 20 new apprentices per year to join our 4 year program. Throughout the 4 years, you will take weekly classes as well as complete your on-the-job training hours. After successful completion of your classes and on-the-job hours, you will be a fully certified HVAC Journeyman, ready to earn an incredible salary - and have no student debt. As an apprentice, you will also earn while you learn - even when you are still doing the basics, you are bringing home a paycheck.
