Feldco began with one man and one goal when Bernie Feld started selling windows in Chicago. His aim was to provide homeowners the very best value and experience with their home improvement projects. 50 years later we are still family owned and operated!

What you need to know

If you join our team, you would be starting in our newly developed Apprenticeship Program. You will be shadowing one (or a variety of) master craftsmen, who are going to show you the ropes - everything from how to speak to/interact with customers, to how to perform the work itself, to how to invoice and document the jobs you did. You can expect to:

• Work under the guidance of an experienced mentor for 6 to 9 months
• As you become more comfortable, start to take on more responsibility in all functions
• Participate in some classroom-based learning with other apprentices occasionally

After your time as an apprentice, you will be able to transition into a Field Technician or Company Installer role
