Location: New Holland, Pennsylvania

What You’ll Do

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

Residential & Residential Service

·         Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in residential homes

·         Provide clear communication and solution options to homeowners

·         Perform maintenance, installations, and system upgrades

·         Install and maintain wiring, lighting, and control systems

·         Inspect electrical components such as breakers and transformers

·         Ensure all work meets national and local electrical codes

·         Respond to service calls within a 5‑county area

Commercial

·         Apply strong knowledge of electrical theory

·         Install wiring, devices, and commercial electrical components

·         Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment

·         Install, repair, and maintain motors, transformers, generators, lighting, circuits, and more

·         Use electrical testing equipment to diagnose malfunctions

·         Review plans, drawings, and specifications to determine project needs

·         Repair and maintain high‑voltage systems

·         Lead projects when needed and communicate with the estimating team

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

·         Minimum 5 years of electrical experience (license preferred)

·         Strong communication skills

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Skilled in troubleshooting and repairs

·         Residential Service: ability to collect payment when required

·         Commercial: availability for weekend emergency on‑call rotation (approx. every 8th weekend)

·         Ability to pass a drug and background check

·         Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license

·         Commitment to treating customers with dignity and respect
