Plumbing/HVAC Service Manager

Rooter Hero is currently looking for a Field Supervisor for our San Diego branch!

Starting salary ranges from $100k-$150k/yr and the potential is unlimited. If you are competitive, enjoy personal challenges, and want to earn a six figure income, then apply!

Your primary objective is to coach, manage, hire & develop a team of service technicians, channel leaders, logistics coordinators and installers to meet or exceed revenue budget and Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the Plumbing or HVAC Field

In-home Residential Sales experience a must!

2+ years of leadership experience
We require background checks and drug tests, but we hire on ability and determination to win.
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
