Goodsmith is seeking motivated team members to join its expanding team. We need individuals with strong work ethics and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position that will provide consistent work and compensations. Candidates should have previous experience in construction or maintenance positions. The compensation structure will be based on prior experience and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues in residential homes (e.g. paint and sheetrock, hinge and door repair, caulking and grout, carpentry, etc.)
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
- Communicate clearly with clients and coworkers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a maintenance person or related field
- Experience working on custom built homes
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Background check, drivers license, and good driving record required
