Duties:

- Perform various carpentry tasks including mold remediation, door hanging, fixture installation, water damage restoration, caulking, plastering, metal stud framing, and construction painting.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to determine project requirements.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, and other materials according to specifications.
- Install cabinets, countertops, flooring, trim, and other carpentry components.
- Repair or replace damaged or worn-out carpentry parts.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to carpentry work.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
