Your Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a sales strategy for the assigned territory.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Utilize the company's CRM tool to track, report, and manage all sales activities.
  • Project sales management - seek out opportunities, meet client requirements, manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Attend client meetings, events, trade shows and trade association meetings to facilitate networking opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, chemistry or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
