A PERFECT FIT

· 3 or more consecutive years in Pest Control, Landscape, Construction, or other Installation Trade.

· Aptitude in math with strong critical thinking and problem‐solving skills.

· Capable of carrying out many different skilled labor tasks with minimal supervision.

· Must be able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs. overhead (extension ladders, equipment, etc).

· Able to work early mornings or late evenings as necessary to complete projects.

· Ability to travel out of State a PLUS.

· Highly organized, proactive, and motivated to achieve.

· Clean Background and MVR Required.

· AZ Pest Control Applicator’s License or ability to obtain within 90 Days of hire.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for experienced skilled laborers and technicians to perform work on various project job sites. The ideal applicant will have a strong work ethic, excellent reliability, and is comfortable working with heights.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Able to work efficiently with a small team and on group projects. Excellent team working skills and communication among co-workers is critical. Every employee plays a meaningful role within the company.

· Serves as a back-up for absent technicians within various departments, including general pest control, termite operations, trapping, and monitoring services.

· Participate in training on the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment including safety gear, PPE, fall protection, helmets, and fleet safety.

· Utilize a variety of hand and power tools and assist with the operation of equipment such as tall ladders and power lift machinery.

· Complete a variety of skilled tasks, including measuring, cutting, drilling, painting, cleaning, sanitation, and moving materials from one place to another.

· Project work requires the ability to climb and work on tall ladders and ability to work in tight, narrow spaces.

· Performs inspections and takes measurements to assess areas needed for trapping, sanitation, and/or exclusion.

· Organize assigned project tasks and ensure they are completed with quality and efficiency.

· Perform quality assurance checks on assigned projects to ensure adherence to company quality standards and document any issues in need of repair/replacement.

· Communicate with clients, employees, and company management in a polite and courteous manner at all times.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
