Snow Removal Positions

Margolis Companies, a family owned and operated company, is looking for experienced individuals for the upcoming winter season for the following positions:

Snow Plow Drivers
Loader Operators
Sidewalk Crew Leaders and Shovelers (No experience needed for shovelers)
Salt Truck Drivers

Our snow removal team is expected to:

  • be on call 24/7 (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • availability/endurance to work extended periods of time (length of shifts vary on snow storm)
  • work in variable conditions, such as extreme cold, snow, sleet, and darkness
  • be hard working, professional, and dependable individuals
  • reliable transportation to work
  • adherence to all company policies
  • pay rate starting at $25/hour
  • PPE for every employee

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
