Pay rate will be based of experience, with a 30 day raise based on work ethic and skill level.

Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Install and repair fixtures, cabinets, doors, windows, and other wooden structures
- Construct and install frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials
- Repair or replace damaged wood structures and components
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of different types of wood materials and their applications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients

Note: Experience or knowledge in water damage restoration, masonry, construction painting, caulking, mold remediation, drywall installation, or flooring installation is a plus.
