TSS – The Sign Studios, part of the National Carwash Solutions family of companies, is looking for a Shipping Coordinator. As a Shipping Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing all shipments of completed orders leaving the company’s facility.

What You’ll Do…

• Creating shipping documents for product leaving the facility.
• Handling UPS, FedEx, and other freight accounts in the company’s name.
• Updating invoices and sales orders with accurate tracking information.
• Work closely with coworkers on the shipping dock to ensure shipments are packed correctly.
• Print shipping labels and ensure packages leaving the facility have proper postage.
• Schedule pick-ups through ours or the customers freight accounts.
• Track product shipments and generate reports for management.
• Trouble shoot and handle shipping issues as they arise.

Hours for this shift...

10:30am to 7:00pm

What You Need…

• Strongly prefer someone with experience in shipping coordination.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Background and experience with shipping processes.
• Detail-oriented individual
