Job Description

Service Technician III - HVAC

Duties:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC/R systems, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on property equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and repair ammonia refrigeration systems in compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond to service calls and perform field service repairs as needed.
- Repair and maintain various types of equipment, such as boilers and appliances.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC/R systems.
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
