Requirements
  • Follow all company and site EH&S guidelines.
  • Manage the relevant onsite filter program, supply, fit, disposal program.
  • Utilize support software and hardware technology to optimize site survey’s and IEQ monitoring.
  • Execute Site surveys and resulting recommendations.
  • Support proposals by identifying appropriate costs and opportunities to increase/improve margin (s) to the sales manager.
  • Scheduling installation and services to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure all materials are on site to execute projects in a timely manner.
  • Execute the site IEQ program that includes cleaning, auditing and optimizing service efficiency for the client.
  • Responsible for upkeep and record keeping of all tools, trucks and equipment
  • Clean, professional appearance (uniform provided) at all times to customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skill is needed to be able to figure percentages and to verify figures.
  • Utilize ‘smart’ technology
  • Must be able to communicate w/ customers and co workers
  • Must be comfortable driving the type of vehicles provided
  • Basic HVAC Technology knowledge
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clear driving record MVR
