As our Senior Lead HVAC Technician and Operator, you will work as a leader in a team environment to troubleshoot equipment. Along with trade work, you will be working on Cooling Towers, Pumps & Motors, Air Handling Units, Hot Water and Water Treatment Systems. You will also lead our junior staff and must possess general maintenance skills outside of HVAC trade skills.

Senior Lead HVAC Technician/Operator:

Qualifications/Skills:

Strong electrical and plumbing troubleshooting and servicing abilities.

Must be able to navigate and use automation platforms such as JCI Metasys, Trane Tracer, and other smaller computer-based systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and service multiple small direct expansion units, BCU?s, WSHP?s, VAV?s, Fan Coils, Liebert Challengers, and mini mates with Dry Coolers.

Troubleshoot and service rooftop HVAC units up to and including 40-ton capacity.

Ability to utilize mobile technology for work order systems, payroll, predictive maintenance, safety training, etc.

Excellent verbal and written skills for tenant service requests and State required equipment testing/documentation.

Be able to lift at least 50 pounds, work on ladders, and stand/walk for prolonged periods.

Ability to thrive in a team environment and lead junior technicians.

5 ? 7 years of maintenance experience.

5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.

EPA Universal and Trade Certifications.

Additional information:

Schedule is Monday ? Friday 7:00 am ? 4:00 pm with an On-Call rotation every four weeks.
