Hiring for an experienced, multi-skilled Senior Carpenter/Craftsman

As a Master Craftsman, what's most important to us is a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
- 10+ years of remodeling, handyman, or residential construction experience
- Ability to perform carpentry, tiling, drywall work, light plumbing & electrical, and door/window installation
- Previous experience being a mentor and leader to less experienced Craftsmen
- Must live in Elgin, IL or within Aurora, St Charles, Geneva, Elburn, Maple Park, Elgin, South Elgin
- Own set of standard hand and power tools
- Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
