Position Summary

• LA Fitness is looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our company. The sales representative is responsible for prospecting and developing new business relationships within a designated territory. This position requires the ability to develop and maintain relationships within our organization’s community partners and the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

• The sales representative role is used as a stepping stone to self develop and develop up within the company.
• Promotion typically earned and achievable within 90 days.
• With the promotion you can increase your monthly compensation to be between $5,000-$6,500.

Essential Functions:
·Develop and maintain relationships within all organizations, companies, associations, etc. that serve our industry
·Prospect and qualify potential customers
·Call or email prospective customers to determine needs, explain products, and set appointments for new business
·Manage daily activity quotas and goals
·Attend various sales events such as company sponsored events or your own appointments
·Attend mandatory trainings and other meetings as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month
