DUTIES
- Generate leads by inspecting properties for pests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Drive sales through calling leads, networking, networking meetings, and referrals
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pest control service pricing with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products or services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or business development roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Experience in account management and building long-term relationships with clients

Pay: $42,431.46 - $51,100.25 per year
