Roman Oil Company is hiring an experienced HVAC technician (B or S license) to join our company. This position will service, install and maintain residential oil heating systems and residential ac systems as well as ductless minisplit systems. Training on systems to be provided with pay based on experience.

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to continue to grow and develop their skills in the HVAC industry with a strong emphasis on customer service. They must live in our service area of Meriden and surrounding towns. Tight service area and servicing contract customers only means little travel time and no collecting from customers.

Overtime is guaranteed with a rotating call schedule and a guaranteed 8 hours of overtime on Saturday regardless of calls received.
