Atlas Refrigeration inc. is a small business in Sugar Grove, IL. We are agile, professional, customer-centric and our goal is to Find someone who is experienced in commercial refrigeration, we do a lot of work with true, continental, Manitowoc. We do mostly service, and installation .

Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration systems, including HVAC/R refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Weld and fabricate components as needed to repair or modify refrigeration systems.

- Build and assemble new refrigeration systems according to design specifications.
- Drive a van to transport tools, equipment, and parts to job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory of parts used.

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems.
- Proficient in welding techniques for repairing or fabricating components.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
- Knowledge of refrigeration system design principles is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools effectively.

Pay: $20.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
