Re-Bath is the nation’s largest complete bathroom remodeler, and we are seeking great employees for our Team!

This role is a full-time Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand. As a successful Brand Ambassador, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our remodeling services in retail stores, at home shows and main events. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, educating retail store employees about our products, and driving leads from qualified homeowners.

Starting pay rate is $19 per hour and you'll get commission as well as a mileage reimbursement on top of that!

To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication skills and previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Your day to day will involve:

  • Representing the company at retail venues, events, and trade shows.
  • Always maintaining a positive image of the brand.
  • Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
  • Build a rapport with customers and retail staff, in order to communicate key points about our products.
  • Good listening skills to relate customers’ needs to the company’s various products and design options.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing staff to initiate marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Track customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions and special offers.
  • Gather and provide clear and accurate appointment information for Design consultant utilizing sales appointment form and system.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1+ yrs. inside sales helpful but not necessary
  • Selling and promotional skills
  • Professional appearance; Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills are always welcome/helpful.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word).
  • Knowledgeable about social media platforms and tools helpful - but not necessary.
  • Home Improvement knowledge and or experience helpful, but not required.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 4-6 hours at a time.
  • Must be able to work weekends and some evenings.
  • Must have driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the Hudson Valley.
  • Timely to work and with work assignments.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in USA without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1B status).
