A Rental Community in New Windsor, NY seeks a candidate for a Full Time Maintenance Position with Housing Included. We are looking for someone that is experienced with managing work orders and preparing apartments for new residents. This individual should be self motivated, a team player, and friendly with the residents. Must have own tools, a valid Driver's license, and access to a vehicle.

Applicant should possess skills in carpentry: sheetrock repair, spackling, painting, install cabinets, vanities, doors, windows, ceramic tile installation & repair, and appliance installation. Applicant should also have some skills in plumbing and electrical work as well.

3 + years of prior experience required

Candidate must be available for emergency on-call rotation

Position offers hourly rate starting at $18.00, based upon experience, Housing, Medical benefits, monthly commission program, & 401k
