Seeking highly motivated Construction Professional to oversee and run our Residential Remodels!

We began in 1989 as a high-end residential and light commercial contracting company and later expanded into heavy commercial construction. Today we have projects running all over the Chicagoland Area, and need to grow our team!

We have tons of work to keep you busy year-round, and offer between $60,000 and $70,000 to start, depending on experience.

Your day to day will include:

• Oversee all aspects of residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Procure and manage project materials, labor, and equipment.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.
• Communicate project updates and progress to clients
• Provide exceptonal customer service and address client concerns promptly

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in construction management or a related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in residential remodeling project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player!
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
